A special order is an extra order or an order for an item specially requested by a customer. Special orders from Bits of Lace are usually items in an extended size range, seasonal color, or seasonal style. 

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are items that will need to be special ordered.

We have a few of these items on our website currently to maximize the number of pieces we have available for our clients. As a small business, it is not possible to carry every style option in our store but we are more than happy to order new pieces on need-by-need basis. 

Special order items from Bits of Lace take approximately 10 to 20 days to arrive from our vendors. Most of our vendors are European hence the increased wait time. If there will be a longer wait time than expected, you will be contacted via the customer information provided to us.

Simply add the item to your cart and we will place the order with the vendor. Once it arrives, we will ship direct to you! If you order other items that are in stock, they will be shipped to you immediately.
