Can I return or exchange an item that does not fit?

Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy page. For sanitary purposes, Panties, thongs, and pantyhose are not returnable. The Federal Health Code prohibits the returning of and reselling of intimate garments that contain a crotch for health and sanitary purposes. Items that are put on special order and product that adheres to the body is also non returnable.

Due to special order items being non-returnable, if you should like to place a special order, it is vital you be absolutely sure of the size prior to placing the order. Prima Donna would be more than happy to help you figure out your size before you place the order, and ensure your total satisfaction.


Will a certain bra be available in my size?

Our helpful charts list for you what styles and lines carry your specific cup size, and even what particular bras are available in your cup size.  You may also easily enter your cup size (ex. 34B) into our search engine to display only bras that are available in your size.


What is the size range of bras carried?

At Prima Donna, we carry bras from size 30A to a 46H. 


What is the best way to care for my delicates?

Never use Woolite on your lingerie and beware if it ever sneaks into the washer or dryer! The best way to keep intimates fresh and new is to hand wash them. Prima Donna carries specialty products designed to gently launder your fine lingerie to make your relationships with your favorite pieces a long term one.


I really like a certain brand/style, but I do not see it on the main pages. Do you carry it?

I have bought a certain brand/style in the past, but it is not online now. How can I find it?

It is likely that if you cannot find your desired item available online, it is possible that the item is discontinued or is not available any longer.  If an item or collection is not seen on our site, then we do not have it available. You may contact us at any time if you have a question about a similar style or fit. We offer special and custom orders for no extra charge!


I see that I want is a Special Order. What exactly does that mean?

Don’t be alarmed, Special Orders are very common, as Prima Donna Special orders ship from Belgium. Actual store inventory is moderated, and some items may be unavailable or simply out of stock at that time. A certain size, color or style can be easily ordered to suit your needs.

All of our Special orders come straight from the manufacturer and are customized to match your size and color preference. It (typically) 2-4 weeks for an order to arrive in our store; as all of our fine lingerie comes primarily from Europe, so it must clear customs and travel quite a distance before it reaches your doorstep.


Will I be charged for the special order when I place it?

Yes, all of our special orders are charged at the time of checkout. 


What credit cards are accepted for Special Orders?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Although the Prima Donna website is secure, I’m more comfortable placing my order on the phone. Am I able to call Prima Donna Bras directly to place an online order?

Absolutely. Feel free to call us at 800-842-3990 and place your order .When calling to place your order, please remember to mention that it is an online order, and we will direct you accordingly.


I got an error messaging saying my email address is already in use when checking out ! Why?

Don’t Panic! You have done everything correctly, this just happens to be a peculiarity of the shopping cart. If you entered your email address, it is saved in our database, regardless if you have completed a checkout with us before. Computers recognize that the email address is already being used, by you!

A quick and easy fix does exist, but we are unable to post it here for security reasons, Email or call us and we can easily guide you through this small hiccup.


How do I spend Store Credit?

You may easily call us to use any store credit you have by placing a phone order. Store credit information is not currently available online, so if you are seeking additional information on our Exchange/Return policy.



How much do you charge for shipping, and is there a flat rate?

Prima Donna offers you Free Shipping on all orders over $70.

For more detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Information page. The Free shipping also only applies to normal, Ground Shipment orders. All Rush orders will be charged accordingly.


How long does it take for an item to ship?

We try to ship your items as quickly as possible after we receive the order. At, all in stock orders placed Monday - Friday by 1:00 PM EST will generally ship within 24 hours at time of order was received Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm Friday & over the weekend will begin the 24 hour shipment process when the store re-opens Monday at 10:00am.

I did not receive an order verification email. Why?

It may have been blocked by your Spam Filter. Make sure to check your Spam Filter, and add to your Safe List to avoid this confusion, and next time the e-mail will go straight to your Inbox. If you do not receive an order verification, please call customer support.


I did not receive my shipments’ tracking number .Why?

Like the above question, the email itself may have been blocked by your Spam Filter. Check your Spam Filter for an email from FedEx


Why does my tracking number not pull up any information?

It is a possibility that you package may not have left us just yet. Packaged shipments ready for departure, are picked up by FedEx only at an allotted time. Simply put, the tracking number for your package has been generated and assigned by us, but it has not been scanned into FedEx system, as it is not yet in transit to you.


I didn’t receive all the items I ordered in my shipment, are the other items back ordered?

Make sure to check the tissue-wrapped package; as we tuck the receipt into a small note card with a handwritten note and a business card. A sales receipt will be included with the list of items included in the shipment if this was an online order. Items which appear to have been processed but not shipped are on backorder.

What is the Forever New shipping policy?

Free shipping does not apply to Forever New product.  Shipping charges vary according to size of product selected and can be viewed when adding to the shopping cart.


Is there a fee for cancellation or restocking?

Any order may be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of the purchase,. If the 24 hour period for the order occurs during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), then all cancellation requests will be handled on the following Monday, without penalty to the customer. Anywhere beyond 24 hours of the orders initial purchases are not eligible for cancellation; ordered item(s) will be processed, charged, packaged, and shipped to you. Beyond shipment, the cancellation of an order falls under the stipulations of our returns and exchanges policy. To ensure your cancellation notice is received,  all cancellation requests must be submitted via email to for documentation purposes.
