All packages shipped via FedEx ground generally arrive within 3-7 business days for in stock merchandise. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada take additional time.

Saturday Delivery

Packages will arrive on Saturday providing that all orders are placed the day before by 12:00 PM (EST). This is available in the continental United States Only, and the price we quote you will include a $10 FedEx early pickup fee.

Confirming and Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your order was received. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your UPS Tracking number. You may then track your package through the UPS website. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to the shipment of regular merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Please note that all special orders are non returnable, and are not able to be cancelled after the order has been placed. Regular Merchandise orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our exchange policy. cannot be held responsible for Acts of God i.e. overnight shipping commitments due to snow storms, etc.

Returns & Replacements

At we take great pride in providing our customers with the finest European lingerie. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returned merchandise for exchanges for either a] 100% store credit, or b] a credit card refund minus a 10% restocking fee within the first 24hours.

* Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping, minus a 10% Restocking fee.
* If more than 30 days has passed a store credit minus a 10% Restocking fee will be issued.

The item must be returned to us in the precise condition it was sent, namely, all tags and stickers are attached. They must be packaged appropriately (so that items maintain their shape and are not crushed), Please note that items not returned in this condition will not be refundable. Due to hygienic laws, all merchandise must be returned to us in clean, new, unworn nor washed condition, free of scents, dirt, or other markings.

Damaged goods will be processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to assess restocking/damage restoration fees, and deny refunds according to the amount of damage done.

Free shipping applies to orders US over $75 only, and does not apply to the replacement items; you will be charged shipping on the exchanged order. For example, if you ordered a 44D and got free shipping, when you exchange that bra for a 44E, you will be charged appropriate shipping on your replacement order.

Final Sale of Items

Due to the adhesive nature of NuBra and other adhesive products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adhesives items on In addition to the aforementioned items, our exchange policy does not apply to sale items, special offers, special orders, hosiery, panties and thongs. All of these items may not be returned or exchanged. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch, such as panties and thongs, cannot be returned.

Please choose your size carefully when ordering these products. We encourage you to refer to our Bra Sizing Guide or to contact Customer Support with any sizing questions that you might have before ordering.



Returning/Exchanging Notes

We are not responsible for defects caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer deems the item to be defective.

All lingerie items are inspected by a senior staff member prior to shipping. If we inadvertently send an incorrect item or a mislabeled item we will not only cover the cost of the return but will also cover the cost of shipping the correct item back to you. Please note that we must first receive the returned item(s) prior to sending the correct product back to you.    


Within 24 hours of purchase, an order may be cancelled and a full refund issued. If this 24 hour period occurs during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), then all cancellation requests will be handled on the following Monday with no penalty to the customer. However, beyond 24 hours of purchase, orders are not eligible for cancellation; the ordered item(s) will be processed, charged, packed, and shipped.
