If I purchase merchandise and it doesn’t fit what is your return policy?

The health Department strongly suggest no returns on intimate items such as; panties, pantyhose, control wear once it has been delivered to the customer. This is for sanitary reasons and we must provide protection to all our customers that our products are in the condition received from the manufacture. The other products that are not returnable are special seasonal orders placed specifically for the customer and are not carried in our inventory. What bras come in my size? I want to target my size and shop quickly.

Using your size, type it in the search bar and push search. All the bras that are offered in your size will populate. You can get further get assistance on the sizing for the different styles and insure the perfect fit.

 

What size range of bras do you carry?

What do I need to consider when washing my lingerie?

The most important consideration in caring for your lingerie is to hand wash and lay flat to dry. Use lingerie wash made to use with lingerie. Never put your garments in the dryer. I have bought lingerie in the past, but I don’t see it on your website now. How do I find it?

If you do not see a certain item online, it is likely that the item is either out of stock or has been discontinued. Please contact us and we will help you directly with the options available. Link to contact us

 

What does it mean when you state my item is a special order?

Special orders come straight from the manufacturer and are customized per your request to match your size and color preference. We have limited space but try to keep everything in stock, it is virtually impossible to have every color and every size. Our lingerie primarily comes from Europe, so it must clear customs and travel quite some distance. This is why it takes (typically) 2-4 weeks to arrive in our store.

 

Do you charge me for the special order when I place it?

Once we have verified that the merchandise is available and will be received with a projected date, the charge will be processed. 

 

Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.


I prefer to place my order on the phone is that okay?

What is the charge for shipping?

We have a $5.00 flat rate discount shipping fee. During the year we will run a special promotion for Free shipping so keep checking for those money saving promotions. Link to ship page and promotions.


How quickly do you ship items?

We try to ship your items as quickly as possible after we receive the order. At bitsoflace.com, all in stock orders placed Monday - Friday by 1:00 PM EST will generally ship within 24 hours at time of order was received Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm Friday & over the weekend will begin the 24 hour shipment process when the store re-opens Monday at 10:00am.

I did not get an order verification email. Why?

It probably got stopped by your Spam Filter. Check your Spam Filter, and add support@bitsoflace.com to your Safe List so next time it will go to your Inbox.  Please call us if you are unable to resolve this by checking your spam/junk email.


Why can't I see the tracking information for my package yet?

Your package tracking number has been generated and assigned by us, but because it is not yet in transit, it has not been scanned into either the UPS system or the USPS system.


If I do not get all my merchandise in my shipment, does that mean the other items are back ordered?

Yes, if this was an online order, a sales receipt will be included with which items are included in the shipment, and which have been processed but not shipped. If all the merchandise is not there then they are on back order and will arrive shortly. contact us.
