Shipping Rates:

*** Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual cost via USPS shipping.

*** Shipping to American Samoa, Fed. Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Island, N. Mariana Is., Palau Island, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands will be charged according to USPS rates.

***Canadian orders are charged $9 if the order fits in a flat rate envelope. If it does not (e.g., contour bras), additional charges will apply.

Shipping Methods and Times:

At Bitsoflace.com, all in stock orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM EST will generally ship within 24 hours of time that your order was received. If your order was placed on a weekend, we are generally able to ship your order on the following Monday.

Bitsoflace.com ships orders via UPS and the USPS. The courier is chosen at our discretion. We offer delivery service within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), US Territories and Canada. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority.

Free Shipping!

All orders over $50 will receive free shipping! This is for regular Ground UPS shipping only, and not for rush orders.

Standard Delivery

All packages shipped via UPS ground generally arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada take additional time.

Most packages will be sent via UPS Ground, but contour cup bras (Marie Jo and Chantelle bras) and small, compact orders (Hanky Panky) may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number either way; UPS orders may be tracked at www.ups.com, Priority Mail may be tracked through www.usps.com.

2nd Day Air Delivery

Packages will arrive by the end of the second business day from the day we ship your order. This is available in the continental United States Only.

Next Day Delivery

Packages will arrive the next business day from the day we ship your order. This is available in the continental United States Only.

Saturday Delivery

Packages will arrive on Saturday providing that all orders are placed the day before by 12:00 PM (EST). This is available in the continental United States Only, and the price we quote you will include a $10 UPS early pickup fee.

Although we strive to keep an active and up-to-date inventory at Bitsoflace.com, it is possible that an item may sell out prior to our last inventory update. In this case, we will immediately notify you. As always, we are happy to special order any items of interest should you not be able to find what you are looking for.

Confirming and Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your order was received. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your UPS Tracking number. You may then track your package through the UPS website. (If you do not receive these emails, please check your spamblocker for support@bitsoflace.com , ups.com , or usps.com .)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of regular merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Please note that all special orders are non returnable, and are not able to be cancelled after the order has been placed. Regular Merchandise orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our exchange policy. Bitsoflace.com cannot be held responsible for Acts of God i.e. overnight shipping commitments due to snow storms, etc.

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We regret that we no longer accept Discover.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax of 7.5% will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of South Carolina. This does not display at checkout, but will be added during processing.
